Marc-Roger Gagné’s life’s work can be described as the critical point where information security and privacy protection meet policy development and regulatory compliance. He is a  well-known advisor to government and industry on these matters, and as such has received the honor of serving on the Board of Directors of the Privacy and Access Council of Canada. Mr. Gagné’s career spans two decades of working to translate his passion for the complex issues of data security and privacy into actionable advice and workable solutions for the organizations he advises. He does this via the company he founded in 2011, Gagné Legal Services and as a Senior Privacy and Access Consultant, a position he’s held since 2000.
